Exhibitor badges are only for exhibitor personnel who are working in the booth. Exhibitor badges allow access to the exhibit hall at 8:00 AM each event day, and during move-in / move-out at the specified hours. Each exhibiting company will be given five (5) exhibitor badges for every 10’ x 10’ booth space purchased. (Note: 5’ x 5’ booths will receive three (3) exhibitor badges).
Content for badges will be processed directly from the information submitted online so please make sure the information is complete and correct. All registrations should be completed online. Should you have any questions, please contact Michelle Frank at 1-949-226-2040.
Note: All exhibitors should be registered under the name of the actual exhibiting company. Division/Partner Information will be displayed on a subsequent line to the exhibiting company name.
Reminder – Please do not register your customers and guests as exhibitors. Have them complete the “Exhibits Only” registration section on the website.
Due Date
Please register all by September 24th to ensure that all badges will be ready and available for on site pick-up.
How to Receive Your Badge
All badges should be picked up on-site. No badges will be mailed in advance.
